Reflection for the Day: You Will Not Be Disappointed

Waiting can be difficult, especially when facing opposition. God’s Word addresses this challenge as it reminds us to remain steadfast in the Word. When this is done, it is declaring that the Lord remains in control and that each of His promises will be fulfilled.

As you wait on the promises of God being fulfilled, you may find doubt seeking to creep in. You may begin to ask, "Why is it taking this long?" or "Did I misunderstand what God said?" As the questions are asked, be assured that God remains in control. Stay in His Word and wait with confidence. You will not be disappointed.
