Morning Reflection

Acts 1:13-14 And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James. These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren.

Thought for the Day:  A Unified Church Is A Strong Church

Reflection for the Day:  God's Power Is For All Believers

There were about 120 men and women, leaders and followers that entered the Upper Room as Jesus had directed.  They were all there to receive the Holy Ghost and the accompanying power.  As a unified body of believers, they were prepared to receive all that the Lord intended for His church.

It is true that every member in the Body of Christ does not have the same assignment, but it is also true that every saint must be empowered to fulfill their purpose.  The power of the Holy Spirit is for every member of the Body.  The unified church is a strong church.
