Reflection for the Day: Time Matters Not To God

As a young man, Zacharias, together with his wife, Elisabeth, presented their prayer unto the Lord. They sought the blessing of bringing forth a son into the world. After years of waiting, they accepted that it was not to be. Yet, when both were old, the angel of the Lord came with a message: their prayer had been heard—a son was to be born.

When time continues to pass without an answer, it is easy to lose hope. But it is in those moments you must understand that time matters not to God. Do not be quick to give up; the answer may yet be coming—your prayer has been heard.
