Reflection for the Day: Why Stop Now?

 

 

Paul acknowledges that he has not yet reached the place in God that he desires. There are still areas in his life that do not fully please either him or God. Yet, knowing what he desires, he refuses to stop. He continues to press toward the mark.

 

As you strive to please God, you will face opposition. You will have to choose between where you are in Him and where you desire to be. The battle will take place both within and without. Stay focused on the mark and press forward. Don’t stop now—something greater lies before you.
